Forms to order a commission. It makes it easier for me to keep track of the commission orders since they all are in the same place.

- You can contact me first and then send the filled form, or send it right away. However you prefer.
- Most of my prices are estimates on the info pages, so I will contact you later with the final price to the site you have written in the form.
- I will send the invoice after the price has been confirmed by you so there will be no surprise payments.

- I try my best to contact you as soon as possible. Depending on irl stuff it might take me even a week or so to contact you after you have sent the form, so please be patient.

- Answers can be edited after sending the form.
